Sanctuary

Sanctuary is a free daily companion for someone who still loves Jesus but no longer has a church. What they lost was the rhythm the church used to keep for them, a reason to open scripture on a Tuesday. Sanctuary is built to be that small daily bell.

It holds:

• 185 scripture prayers, written for the places people actually live: fear, grief, doubt, a hard marriage, a job that fell through, gratitude.
• More than 230 pages of biblical teaching, written to answer the questions people are typing into a search bar at night.
• A companion that answers real questions with the Word of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ, plainly. It is instructed never to speak as Scripture and never to invent a verse.
• A private journal, encrypted and never sold.
• Free apps on iPhone and Android, and the full ministry on the web.

When someone comes carrying anger at a church that hurt them, we do not counsel them out of the faith. We bring them back to Jesus, who was also betrayed by religious men, and we hold out forgiveness and salvation in His name. And when someone is in real crisis, the companion stops and points them to emergency help right away.

Finding a church family

A person alone with a screen is not the goal. A person in a room, with other believers, hearing the Word taught, is the goal. Many of the people we serve are not ready to walk back into the building they left, so we start with the smallest room there is.

• We have mapped 77 house-church networks and 399 gatherings across 45 states.
• We teach the marks of a healthy group and the warning signs of an unhealthy one, before anyone walks in a door.
• Every listing goes through a safety review, and a real person from the ministry makes each introduction and follows up afterward.
• We also publish a free tool inside ChatGPT called Find a House Church, so someone asking an AI assistant where to find believers near them gets a real answer.

Who this is for

Our people are the ones who left the church without leaving Jesus. They still believe and they still pray, and they carry a quiet worry that their faith is slipping for lack of any rhythm. Two things make them leave for good: being pushed back toward a church before they are ready, and being treated as broken. We do neither.

We serve people wherever they are searching, across the United States, at no cost. We are a parachurch ministry and we do not gather a congregation of our own.

What it costs, and what your gift buys

The software is donated. WiscAI, Inc. designs, builds, hosts, and donates all of it at no charge to the ministry, and no ministry funds are ever paid to WiscAI. What nobody donates is the work of being found: the writing, the publishing, and the outreach that put a biblical answer in front of a person who is searching tonight. That is what gifts to this ministry pay for.
